I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in helping individuals heal from complex and overwhelming life experiences. Blending EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based interventions, I support clients in processing traumatic memories, reconnecting with their internal strengths, and restoring a sense of safety in their bodies.
Grounded in warmth, curiosity, and non-judgment, I work collaboratively with clients to understand the protective patterns that once helped them survive—but may now feel limiting. Through IFS, clients learn to build compassionate relationships with their inner parts; through EMDR, they gain the capacity to reprocess painful memories; and through somatic practices, they reconnect with bodily cues, resilience, and self-regulation.
I have experience working with individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, dissociation, and chronic stress. I believe healing is not about “fixing what’s wrong,” but about reclaiming connection—to self, to body, and to possibility.
Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or are returning to the work with new intentions, I offer a grounded, trauma-responsive space to support your healing journey.
